While traditional fitness apps either act as purely passive digital notepads or overwhelm users with rigid, cookie-cutter workout routines, Smart Progression combines:

🥊 The Challenge

In resistance training and muscle hypertrophy (hypertrophy & powerlifting), progressive overload is the single most critical driver of long-term progress. Yet more than 80% of trainees struggle due to three core friction points:
